ELWICK. – This week’s meeting was our final Rally prep where we finished off our club display and made sure we were ready for Rally Day. GREAT SMEATON. – Tonight’s meeting is rally preparation at Great Smeaton village hall; please can all members bring relevant stuff for your events. The following week's meeting is amock auction at Mr & Mrs N Ward, Low Moor Farm, West Harlsey. However, it will be held on Thursday May 14. This Saturday is the district rally; the rally dance will be held at Masham Town Hall and will cost £5 on the door. Good luck to all members competing at the rally.

INGLEBY CROSS. – This week's meeting was a final rally prep/tug of war practice before the rally on Saturday. Please meet at Ox-Hill Farm at 7.45am on Saturday morning to set off to Masham at 8am. Those of you who can drive to Masham, please let Emma know so we can arrange transport to and from the rally. Please remember your membership cards. No card, no compete. Next week's meeting will be at Ox-Hill Farm for a post-rally barbecue and business meeting.

REETH. – The rally is on Saturday so please ensure you are there on time for your competitions and if you are unable to get there please get your entries to someone who will be there on the day. Good luck to all competing.

SEDGEFIELD. – Members had great fun sorting out the club display ready for Saturday. Good luck to everyone competing at Rally Day. Next week's meeting is ice skating at Billingham Forum; meet there at 7.30pm.

STAINDROP. – On Sunday we hosted our first ever charity tractor run raising money for RABI. It was very well supported with almost 30 tractors taking part. Thanks must be given to Mr and Mrs P Bainbridge for refreshments at the starting point and also the farmers en route who gave us permission to cross their land. Tomorrow is county rally day at Thorpe Thewles; anybody wanting to travel in convoy or wanting a lift contact Chris. We will set off from Winston at 8.40am. Next week's meeting is business in the hall at 7.30pm.

STOCKTON. – Rally day is tomorrow at Middlefield Farm, Thorpe Thewles, TS21 3LF. Everyone welcome for a day of Young Farmer competitions and fun. Our next meeting will be on Monday, May 18 – a games night at Preston Park. Look out for the text.

THIRSK. – This week's meeting was flower arranging in preparation for the upcoming rally. Thanks must go to Joan, Claire and Helen for all the invaluable training they gave members. Next week, we are preparing for our charity tractor run. Meet at Thirsk auction mart at 7.30. We are holding the run on May 24 at 9.30am starting at Thirsk Auction Mart in aid of the Yorkshire Air Ambulance. Entry is £15 per tractor and includes a free bacon sandwich.
