A CAR dealer advisor is urging dealerships and automotive businesses to support £1m funding shortfall facing industry charity.
MotorVise is urging the automotive industry to support "Xmas Do-nations" to help tackle the £1m funding shortfall facing the industry charity Ben.
Motorvise, which is based in Richmond, is asking businesses to donate all or a proportion of money set aside for staff Christmas parties that have now been cancelled due to the pandemic.
The business is itself donating £1,000 and has already attracted a £10,000 pledge from Marshall Motor Group, which has 117 franchised dealerships across the Uk
Fraser Brown, founder and managing director of MotorVise, said: "That's an amazing gesture and fantastic way to start the ball rolling by supporting a charity that cares for so many people across the industry."
