POLICE have appealed for witnesses following a fatal crash on the A590.
Cumbria Police are investigating a road traffic collision that occurred on the A590 at approximately 5:45pm yesterday on the westbound carriageway between J36 and Brettargh Holt Roundabout.
According to police the collision involved a Honda CRV and a tractor.
The driver of the Honda CRV, a man in his 50s from Barrow, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The driver of the tractor was uninjured.
Police are looking for witnesses to the collision to contact PS 2378 Johnson if they have any information.
