Masham Agricultural Discussion Group recently presented a cheque for £600 to the Yorkshire Air Ambulance (YAA) at Mainsgill Farm Shop.

This follows a well-attended farm walk in June when the group visited the Henshaws Howden Hill Farm, Cleasby, to see their new cattle fattening cattle shed for 500-plus head.

The evening was completed by travelling to Mainsgill, where Mr and Mrs Henshaw Snr gave a talk on the successful establishment of their farming and farm shop in North Yorkshire from more modest holdings in Lancashire.
